Call for abstracts 2010 Edmonton

Rules and regulations:

  1. All listed authors are aware that their name will be associated with this research.
  2. If abstract is accepted for the COA/CORS Annual Meeting from June 17-20, 2010 in Edmonton, the presenting author will attend the meeting or find a replacement presenter and notify the COA.
  3. If abstract is accepted, presenting author will register and pay in full for the COA Annual Meeting from June 17-20, 2010 in Edmonton. There is no special registration category for podium or poster presenters.
  4. If abstract is submitted in French, it will be translated into English for review by the Program Committee. Abstracts can be published and presented in either French or English.
  5. The submitter is responsible for providing accurate information for all authors. Failure to do so may result in an author's name being removed from the program if they do not properly submit financial disclosure prior to the deadline.
  6. The deadline for making changes to or deleting submissions is 11:59 pm EST on October 30, 2009. After that date, all submissions will be considered final.
  7. Deadline to change presenting author in online system: Feb. 15, 2010.
  8. Deadline for ALL authors to provide disclosure information: Feb. 15, 2010. Authors failing to disclose financial interest will be removed from the program.
  9. Abstracts are blindly reviewed by the Program Committee, and designated as podium, poster, high-scoring poster, or not accepted. High-scoring posters will receive special recognition in the program.
  10. At the discretion of the Program Committee, podium presentations may be placed in a session that does not correspond with initial submission topic.
  11. Submitting an abstract indicates that you agree to all rules and regulations.
