Our Robust™ Program & Speaker Manager allows for the complete integration of your educational program’s session and speaker information into a personalized online itinerary. Linking program sessions and speakers, the module allows you to offer attendees an online experience that provides filtering and sorting of key session information including: session titles, presenters and session tracks.
Speakers can use this module to provide requirements and upload presentations. Additional profiles within the module also allow you to manage room set-up, AV and food & beverage for each session. Attendees making use of this application can select the sessions they wish to attend and then save these in their personal profile. Features include:
Session Cart: Add any session you want to your itinerary. You do not have to be registered to use this application.
Customized Session Sorting: Display your sessions by Name, Location (building or room), Date and Time, Program Track or Interest Level and by Speaker and by Keynote Speaker.
Administrative Portal for Session Editing: Changes to a session description, room number or any other piece of important information can be made in seconds using a password protected administrative portal. Reports provide you with the information you need to stay on top of the most in-demand sessions.
