Exhibitor Rates

All Booths are based on 100 Sq. Ft. (10’ x 10’) Units 50% of the total amount is due with the contract to reserve your space. FULL PAYMENT is due by November 30, 2009.

Up to 400 Square Feet $17.50 / sq. ft.
500 – 900 Square Feet $16.95 / sq. ft.
1000 – 1500 Square Feet $16.40 / sq. ft.
Over 1500 Square Feet $15.40 / sq. ft.

    Exhibitor Rates Include:

Discounts

10% Discount for CGSA and OGSA member companies. (2009 Membership Dues Must abe Paid at the Time of Booking).

Western Display offers considerable discounts for early orders. Watch for deadlines in your Exhibitor Kit and take advantage.

Things To Consider   (TOP)

  • Marketing Opportunities… There are many opportunities at the conference to stand above the crowd though sponsorship. We endeavour to offer the most in added value to our sponsors. See Sponsorships..
  • Priority Assignment… Priority assignment is dependent on your company’s total square footage purchased since 1998 and will be considered on contracts received by August 15, 2009 with a minimum 50% deposit.
  • Booth Carpet… Each exhibit booth must be carpeted. Carpet is readily available from Western Display. Order early and save.
  • Booth Cleaning… A one time booth carpet vacuuming is MANDATORY after movein and IS INCLUDED in the booth space fee. Daily cleaning is optional and recommended and available through Western Display.
