Solutions Spotlight
If you’d like 30 minutes on GITA’s technical program to discuss why your solutions are imperative for geospatial projects at companies like these, you can purchase a Solutions Spotlight Session for just $500. That’s a lot less than most magazine advertisements and offers you undivided attention from GITA’s Solutions Conference attendees.
Time slots are listed below. Solution Spotlights will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis—so don’t wait to send in the form! Twenty minutes are provided in between each session—10 minutes for set-up and 10 minutes for teardown.
Please indicate your time preference and you will be contacted if it is not available. We do ask that only one company sign up for each time slot.
Marketing Your Session
As part of your Solutions Spotlight Session, you automatically receive a time slot in the program, which is posted on GITA’s Web site along with a description, a spot in the session grid of the on-site program, and a description in the technical session descriptions in the on-site program. GITA highly recommends that you take advantage of additional opportunities to bring attendees to your session. This includes:
- Inviting your contacts.
- Purchasing a pre-conference attendee list to send an e-mail blast to attendees.
- Creating a video on GITA’s YouTube Channel (e-mail khail@gita.org for posting information). – FREE!
- Advertising in the on-site program and/or on GITA’s Web site.
- Including a press release about your Solutions Spotlight Session in GITA’s Networks Newsletter. – FREE!
- Marketing your session at your booth on the exhibit floor.
