Camping Guidelines:

  • Campers will need to provide their own shelter (ie. tent, camper, trailer).
  • Communal fire(s) may be provided – no personal fire.
  • Campers are encouraged to bring their own cooking facilities (ie. barbeque/propane stove).
  • Limited shower facilities will be provided – 12 stalls
          >Rotating 10 minutes each – males and females.
  • Port-a-Poties – wheelchair accessible and washstands
  • 24-hour security will be provided.


  • Zero tolerance for alcohol and/or drugs.  Anyone under the influence will be excused from the site.
  • Organizing committee is not liable for theft or injury or extenuating personal circumstances.
  • Transportation will be provided by charter bus from Wanuskewin Heritage Park site to the TRC National Gathering at Prairieland Park on regular intervals.


For those with reduced mobility who may require a wheelchair during the National Event, please note that there will be a limited number of wheelchairs available on-site. Participants are strongly encouraged to bring their own wheelchair.
